What began as a side hustle at age 14 — threading brows for schoolmates — has blossomed into a lifelong passion and a thriving beauty business. Malini Michelle first stepped into the beauty industry at 17 and never looked back.
By 19, she earned a prestigious CIBTAC Diploma (UK) in Skin Aesthetics, and soon after launched her home-based salon, balancing her time between skincare, bridal makeup, and henna art.
After more than a decade of building a loyal clientele from her home, Malini took a bold step forward and, at the age of 32, opened her first official salon — M-plified Beauty — a specialized space focused on advanced skin aesthetics and laser hair removal.

Malini’s signature laser treatments are specifically designed for brown skin, and are especially effective for women with PCOS and hormonal imbalances that cause Hirsutism.
